Introducing the Client Relationship Officer (CRO)
To serve you better, Ecocert USA created a new position called the Client Relationship Officer (CRO). Starting in 2021, your operation will be assigned one CRO who will be your main contact and will help you at all stage of the certification cycle. They will also act as your internal liaison on technical information and reviews.
We are excited to introduce you to our CROs. They bring years of experience and enthusiasm for organic to Ecocert USA. We encourage you to reach out and get to know your CRO, and they will do the same! We look forward to the strengthened relationships, understanding, and compliance facilitated by this dedicated team!
Lane Bond started working for Ecocert in 2020 as a Certification Assistant. Originally from a small town, she worked as a secretary for a farm in southern Indiana. Lane earned a bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from Vincennes University and now lives in Plainfield, Indiana. Because she has strong roots in farming, she has always had a passion for the agricultural industry.
Annika Brown is the newest member to the Ecocert USA staff, joining us as a CRO. She grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations and French language. She currently lives in Indianapolis. Annika spent a summer working on an organic farm and has a strong appreciation for the hard work that goes into growing food.
Carolyn Dolezal has worked at Ecocert for three years. Before becoming a CRO, Carolyn worked as a Certification Officer with the company and before that, she owned an agricultural business. She grew up on a crop and livestock farm in Southern Indiana, studied business in college, and now calls Avon, Indiana home. She is dedicated to healthy eating habits and exercise.
Vincent Finnell has worked at Ecocert for two and a half years and, prior to joining the CRO team, was a certification officer. Vincent lives in Indianapolis where he was born and raised. He has a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences from Purdue University. Vincent has always loved nature and the outdoors as well as food. Working in the organic industry brings these two loves together, allowing him to do his part in providing clean food while promoting environmental stewardship and sustainability.
